Dara Dickinson will work like the Dickens for you! She has been a licensed Realtor for over 15 years and has a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation which is a commitment to provide a high level of professional service by securing a strong educational foundation. This extra level of accomplishment has helped Dara gain greater education in the Real Estate market in terms of contracts, negotiations, and ethics. Real Estate is Dara’s full-time job. In one year, Dara conducted almost 100 transactions totaling $12,000,000 in sales all by herself. Dara worked tirelessly 7 days a week with an extra turbo boost from Starbucks to make sure deals closed on time and without a hitch. When she moved to Echo Fine Properties, Dara solely focused on her clients while getting the best marketing and staff support around.

Dara is always staying abreast of the market and uses this knowledge during the negotiation process. She realizes there are 2 sides to the transaction and both the buyer and seller need to feel good about what they’re agreeing to. Dara finds a common ground between the 2 sides and her positive energy usually cements the deal with whomever she is negotiating with. She once conducted a transaction for a family who were in over their heads to the tune of a $500,000 short sale. Short sales are one of the most difficult transactions to close. This sale required patience, tenacity, and determination from both Dara and her client, but Dara’s intense work ethic helped her get the job done.
ADVERTISING 101
Dara spent nearly 3 decades working in the marketing/advertising world for RockGraphics. They designed the packaging for GC Electronics which were sold in all the Ace Hardware Stores nationwide. Her extreme attention to detail and realizing what catches the consumer's eye has helped Dara in the Real Estate world. Staging a home properly can help you get the max amount for your home. She is able to work with her clients, see their vision, incorporate her ideas, and find that vision in her designs. Home ownership is the biggest financial investment one will make, and she wants to make sure the process runs smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks. Dara loves working from checklists and won’t stop until everything is accounted for and all the i’s are dotted, and t’s are crossed.
MID-WEST ROOTS
Dara is a Mid-West gal, born in Milwaukee, and raised in Illinois. On Sundays at an open house during the football season, you might find Dara wearing a piece of cheese on her head because she is a huge Packers fan! Don’t let her soft midwestern charm fool you. Dara is a hard and conscientious worker who will go to bat with you during the negotiation process. She takes pride in her work and doing a good job truly matters to her. Dara puts her clients’ needs in front of her own each and every day. Her greatest gift is helping people. She loves finding her clients the perfect home to fit their needs and lifestyle. Dara has 2 sons, Justin and Nolan. In her free time, she loves socializing, and food prepping to kick back, relax, and watch movies on Netflix. But not for long as Dara can’t sit still. After a “therapy situation” of cleaning her house, it’s back to working like the Dickens to make sure no stone is unturned for her clients.
